Three Ponds Unveils Model Home

The community's long awaited model home, located at 2 Sunset Lane, is complete! The home has recently been staged and is now open for visitors and prospective buyers to tour.

The house plan showcased is a Vanilla Grand Torte, the community's largest ranch option. On the main level the home offers 1,662 square feet, and the finished basement in the model features an additional 444 square feet. The model home has been tastefully designed and outfitted with upgrades such as coffered and tray ceilings, character Oak hardwood flooring, a tile master shower, additional recessed lighting, among others. Deb McLaughlin of Deb's Decor provided interior design and staging services for the model home, and will also be furnishing the clubhouse upon its completion in 2020.

2 Sunset Lane is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse, and also overlooks both of the large ponds and water fountains, providing prospective buyers a spectacular view of the community. Visitors are invited to view the model home at any of our open houses, or by appointment.
